I've only notice this after patch 2.25...
Welp, I've only ever seen myself take damage one time... (Probably due to omglag) and that one attack struck me for about 27k damage. I had gotten excited because this was a break from atma grinding and I jumped in early. As a dps, don't do this. Wait for the next hundred or so people to show up. If a mob can hit you for nearly eight times your max HP, I think it's only fair that some of his attacks don't do jack squat. =P
1. His basic attack is a cleave that hits for too much damage. Once saw full ilvl 90 Pld hit for 14k. But its damage is split between receivers.
2. Hall of stone-AOE Petrify
3. Hall of Lead- AOE Heavy
4. Darksteel Reigns- AOE Pull. I think it only effects a small group of people close to him.
5. Einherjar- Been so long sense I've done Odin, but I think this is his AOE slow.
6. Gungnir- Random lance drops. Binds and bleeds everyone in the area. Also spawns Gungnir adds.
Note- He has no traditional aggro table. Far as I can tell its the order people attack him in.

Sorry to post largely the same thing I (and Genoflax just did) posted earlier, but he popped on Midgardsormr earlier and I managed to see the majority of his attacks and learn their effects. Unfortunately, our server wasn't able to get him below 50% HP, so if and how his attacks change beyond that, I don't know. I do believe he does have a traditional aggro table though, as I was able to steal aggro on a few occasions during the fight, although it ended pretty badly for me, haha. (NOTE: all attacks were from a Level60 Odin and dealt to an i91 WAR):
From 100% HP
1.) Auto-attack: a large frontal cleave that deals a massive damage (12~15k) that is split between the targets. Each hit inflicts one stack of Vulnerability Up for 30sec
2.) Valknut: a medium AoE around Odin that deals moderate damage (2~3k)
3.) Hall of Sorrow: a medium, ranged AoE that Odin launches at a random player that deals moderate damage (2~3k)
@90% HP, he says "Foolish mortals...", signaling his second phase:
4.) Hall of Stone: a medium AoE around Odin that inflicts Petrifaction and Vulnerability Up for 10sec.
5.) Hall of Lead: a large, ranged AoE that inflicts Slow for 30sec.
6.) Darksteel Reins: a large AoE around Odin that inflicts Heavy for 30sec and moderate damage (2~3k)
7.) Einherjar: a massive AoE around Odin that inflicts high damage (3~4k)
8.) Gungnir: Odin throws a spear into that air that, upon landing, deals high damage (3~4k) and inflicts Bind for 8sec. Afterwards, the lance becomes targetable and has an AoE around it that inflicts Bleed as long as the player is inside it.
@75% HP, he says "Canst thou hear the lamentations?", signaling his third phase:
9.) Gungnir x2: Odin throws two Gungnir instead of one, but the effects remain the same.
@40% HP, he says "Here I stand--a god amongst men. yet here I remain--a mere man amongst gods.", signaling his fourth phase:
10.) Gungnir x3: Odin throws three Gungnir, but the effects remain the same.
@5% HP, he says "Mine obsidian blade shalt split atwain the threads of thy future...", signaling Zantetsuken:
11.) Zantetsuken: Odin ceases all attacks and begins casting his ultimate attack. If not defeated within 30secs, he will deal 99,999 to all participants in the FATE, resulting in the FATE failing before the timer has actually run out.
