    I am on this quest and everything i say "I come in peace" while having him targeted, NOTHING HAPPENS. Please I need help.

    You have to include the quotes too. At least it worked when I did.

    its a txt based recgnition, you have to type Exactly what he says. as I recall it has a period at the end "I Come in Peace."

    Also, I noticed on the PS4, if you have the black bubble open (where it says something like "so-and-so is waiting for you to respond. With Say mode selected in chat enter 'I come in peace.'") even if you enter the message with perfect punctuation it will not post in chat. Close the black bubble first. Select the NPC and enter your message.
