I'd love to help people outside of my circle, but they don't listen. They insist they are doing the right thing, and to not to tell them how to play their job when they are clearly not playing to their best. Because as always people in this game care more about their feelings than self-improvement.

You say "they" like you imply everyone outside your circle...
I'm sure many of the people on your side in here are outside your circle.
Are you saying those here agreeing with your position care more about their feelings.
Because surely these people aren't all in your circle.

And they think they're the top of the game.
