Of course it doesn't. Are you implying that those who care about their DPS are unable to stay alive because they are too focused on maximizing their DPS? If so, i would argue that a majority of people who are truly interested in improving their DPS are also motivated enough to perform the mechanics required to stay alive to do said DPS.

I'm implying you can't judge a persons skill simply by numbers alone.

At the same time, dodging like a pro doesn't mean squat if you can't output while dodging. If you can't dodge, you probably won't have high dps anyway due to being dead x.x

Now I get your point that there are more subtle aspects to dpsing that aren't reflected in the charts but dps not dodging and therefore dying is reflected in the dps meter.
