If game will not allow you to share information but the "workaraound" can only be screenshots (on pc since on PS3 you can't do even that) asking fro screenshot of that parser is like parsing with 3th party apps, so passible of report. Plus DPS is not a static number like crit rate. Every time you enter a dungeon you get different result so what exactly are we talking about?
