Kecks looks better. The tights look too... yoga-ish imo? which makes me feel it appears more slutty and not really "formal"
But the kecks seem to add to the already formal appearance making it seem less 'slutty' overall

I will join the gang and forward the suggestion of a one Spring Skirt.

The kecks have those thigh-high strap-looking things. If you were trying to avoid looking slutty, well, dye the top a denim-blue toned color and the bottom a dirt brown. What do you get? Something resembling a slutty cowgirl.

The tights, it really depends on which tights you use. I have seen some neat renditions used where the militia tights look similar to glossy-leather/latex leggings. Like if the character were going motorcycle racing, or clubbing maybe. There are tights with fabric patterning (criss-cross texturing like cloth). And then there are those tights that look like hosiery.

I actually thought they looked very yoga pants-ish myself lol though I don't think they look slutty, they just remove any form of "formal" from the outfit.

I like the look of the kecks but again I don't think it gives the outfit a very formal appearance and would suggest the Spring skirt as well.

Well sadly I'm on the Jenova server, which means that everything is super expensive compared to other servers. Right now, the only Spring Skirt available in the Market is being sold for 1,195,000 gil. That, and my FC aren't high enough Weavers to make it.

Woah, nevermind. I was going to also suggest a black or white spring skirt.

How about the elezen female starting gear? Those tights or boots are badass and only you can wear them.

I personally don't like the Elezen legs, the brown belt is really distracting from the overall color. That, and it looks beyond slutty.

I still plan on getting the Skirt, I just have to wait for our crafter to hit 3 stars as a Weaver.

Have you tried on a pair of black Felt Chausses? I think they'd go well with the top you have on

I love the Spring Skirt! It looks fantastic as my DRG glamour piece right now. It's a classy look, and I like that. All the other skirts in this game are super short.

However, the skirt on my server was half the price that it is on the OP's server. 'tis a shame. It would look fantastic with that top.
