It's quite annoying to, for example, try to use Contagion and well, Garuda-Egi apparently has better things to do. So you hit Contagion like 10 times. Then 20. Then maybe she decides, "HEY... MAYBE I SHOULD USE CONTAGION".

This is especially annoying because at the same time you're trying to micro-manage your unresponsive pet, you're also trying to keep up your own rotation as well as move out the way of stuff.

Would it be possible to make pets more responsive to your commands? In the case of Contagion, it would be nice if whenever you issued a command, it queue'd your pet to use it, and it used it when possible. Right now it seems to follow the same kind of logic as queue'ing your own abilities... If Garuda-Egi is in the middle of an attack, unless her GCD is like .1 seconds away from finishing, she just ignores the hell out of whatever you say. Very frustrating.

Also, for other pets like Titan-Egi and Ifrit-Egi, it would be pretty amazing if they would just drop everything and actually, you know, STUN, when asked to do so. It's borderline worthless for them to even have a stun if you can't count on them to execute it in time to stop anything, which is at least part of the reason you never see anyone ever use the things. (Other than the fact that Contagion is so amazing.)

This is super fun with Shockwave. First you have to try to get Garuda's attention, and then she has to finish whatever she's doing, then wander over to the mob, then do her push back. You have to be basically psychic to make that one work out. Why is Shockwave like the one thing that requires Garuda to be in the mob's face? Very sad.
