Recruiting a monk for static t6-9 evening

As titled, we are looking for a replacement monk for our static. My time with FFXIV is ending so what you are getting is my spot. We currently have t6-8 on farm (1-shot t6, 2-shot t7, 1-shot t8 within 48 minutes this week) with progression on turn 9 at heavensfall. This however will start July 1st as I will continue raiding in the coming week. By then, we would probably already beat it or at divebomb, optimistically.
We usually run between 7pm to 10 pm Pacific but depending on the night, it can cut shorter. Days vary weeks from weeks but generally we have t6-8 cleared on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Requirements:
_ At least around ilevel 98-100.
_ Have kills on turn 6 AND 7, at least Allagan Field experience on turn 8. T8 kill experience and some experience on turn 9 preferred. Achievements required as proof.
_ Ability to handle any mechanics in SCoB while doing reasonable DPS.
_ Willing and have ability to adapt to group strategy.
_ Respect other people in the static.

i97 mnk here. I have downed t6 and t7. I have got to 2% on t8, then died to enrage. I have handled tower mechanics, and ballistic missle mechanics. I am able to commit to those times and I will transfer as july 1st gets closer. Just out of curiosity, what voip is used by you guys?

That sounds perfect. It seems you're familiar with the mechanics I handle or call out in turn 8. You have the Weathered Glanzfaust so don't worry about showing achievements.
We use mumble for VOIP. It has a free app for smartphone users and free download for PC users with relatively good quality.
