excessive disconnecting

I have been playing on both the exodus server as well as the adamantoise server. lately i haven't been able to play the game for more than 20 minutes (usually less than 5) without disconnecting. I am currently trying to re download the game and i keep coming up with server errors saying unable connect to the server. so now i can't even attempt to play the game. keep in mind that i have had no internet interuptions at all, only sever interuptions. please help

this problem continues to happen even after i spent the whole day trying to get the game redownloaded. the exact error is error 90000
