Join party in progress: Does that mean you will que for ONLY parties in progress?

Hey. Just a random question. When you select the option to que for parties in progress, does that mean it ques you for parties only in progress? I ask because quieing for parties in progress for CT is taking me longer to find a match than when not selecting the option.

It queues you into the duty finder as normal, allowing you to get placed in a brand new instance of the dungeon. The "Join in Progress" box makes it also keep an eye out for any instance of the dungeon that are missing a member of the role you queued as. The DF will present you with whichever one it finds first.

no, it simply tells the finder system to look for in progress parties as well and prioritize them over parties that haven't started.

if you aren't eligible for any of the parties in progress or there are none, you will just be placed like normal.
