Questions for Fernehalwes- E3 2014 edition

Hey guys!

After hearing a lot of great feedback from our Ferenehalwes interview last year at E3, we decided that we're gonna try todo it again!We're currently in the planning stages of a grand plan to swoop into the Square Enix booth and steal Fernehawles in a way similar to how Greg's great polearm was taken from him. For this plan to be successful, we're hoping that the saying "Red Bull gives you wings" is in fact true.

Ok I got one: What is the story behind Chirada and Suparna. Are these two "sisters" to garuda or lesser aspects of her self seperated because of her madness? I'd like to know more about these two. Any trinkets we can gleam from Ixali?

I'd like to know the story behind Rabid Ratata and her Salthounds. Like many other pirates who've lost their ships in the Calamity, the Salthounds are struggling to adjust to life as land-bound settlers at the Poor Maid's Mill in Upper La Noscea.

But things are clearly not going well, with the crew on the verge of mutiny. Ratata herself seems slumped in depression, no longer interested in exerting any kind of authority, except when the mill gets attacked.

My guess, of course, is that, as a pirate, Rabid Ratata wants to return to the thrill of combat. But, having lost her ship, she's lost her purpose in life. Question is, why isn't she or her crew doing more to either settle in or find a new ship. I had thought there would be quests to explore the Salthounds' story, but so far, I've found none. Have I missed them, or will they be coming in future patches?

lore-wise:

Are there any future plans to shed light on some of the backstories of the major story NPCs that have been with us since 1.0--for example, the Grand Company leaders, The old Circle of Knowing, etc.? We've gotten little blurbs about them here and there before, but will we be able to find out more in a future update?

What would you suggest to people who want to get into the game localization business and be as cool as our favorite voidsent? :D

A loooong time ago, Ferne said he'd write up a lore bomb for Garlean naming conventions, but he never got around to it. I'd love to know if he planned on doing a write-up on that any time soon, sort of like what he did with the beast tribe conventions recently!

Who exactly are the Harriers (Daring, Hexing, Raging), who plague the Rathefrost in Mor Dhona? Are they simply adventurers turned brigands, or is there more to their stories?
