If you really want to push your luck you can do this:
Great strides
Innovation
48cp thingy
As much as you can. Then pray for the best and use hq mats
A friend's gotten the artisan's glasses for glamour like this, so i guess it's a thing

Very successful for you maybe. It's different if you're a trailblazer, I get that. Though that's not really a reason to not switch to the more reliable stuff later. Some items you cannot get HQ, making the Putty HQ is certainly not 100%.
98%+ starting on 1000 quality is not much of a risk and it's much faster when you can buy HQ twinthreads etc, to get to 1000 quality. I don't try and HQ Myth mats, as it's a waste of my time.
I was one of the first crafting 3 star on my server and my style of crafting was very successful for crafting dozens and dozens of items for people and to sell.
"Not using it is silly" I stopped crafting 3 star items before any of these rotations were even announced lol.
If you're admitting you don't make 3* items anymore, why give (misguided) advice then?
XI: Zeroblade, Titan Server
Old as it may be, there is nothing at all misguided about my advice at all.
Ingenuity I or II is not at all *needed* to HQ 3 star crafts with a very high probably of success, using only half HQ mats.
If you need to use all HQ mats, I see that as a much worse method, even if it is "100%".
How do you get all HQ Putty if your rotation requires HQ mats?
If your buying pre-crafted HQ Myth mats (Putty), then I'm sorry, but that is failing as a 3 star crafter in my opinion.
Have a link to this rotation?
If by "Gold gears" he actually means "Rose Gold" (i.e. 2 star 80 dura), then he could use this macro:
Part 1:
/ac "Comfort Zone"<me><wait.2>
/ac "Inner Quiet"<me><wait.2>
/ac "Careful Synthesis II"<me><wait.3>
/ac "Waste Not"<me><wait.2>
/ac "Steady Hand II"<me><wait.2>
/ac "Basic Touch"<me><wait.3>
/ac "Basic Touch"<me><wait.3>
/ac "Basic Touch"<me><wait.3>
/ac "Basic Touch"<me><wait.3>
/ac "Basic Touch"<me><wait.3>
/ac "Great Strides"<me><wait.2>
/ac "Steady Hand"<me><wait.2>
/ac "Ingenuity"<me><wait.2>
/ac "Standard Touch"<me>
If "Excellent" condition after this stage use Part 3, else use Part 2 to finish the craft.
Part 2:
/ac "Great Strides"<me><wait.2>
/ac "Byregot's Blessing"<me><wait.3>
/ac "Careful Synthesis II"<me><wait.3>
/ac "Careful Synthesis II"<me>
Part 3:
/ac "Byregot's Blessing"<me><wait.3>
/ac "Careful Synthesis II"<me><wait.3>
/ac "Careful Synthesis II"<me>
Note: If you get a lot of lag, you may need to change the timing.
Will be fine with his stats without food.
