    In my honest opinion, I don't think this game is too difficult. Most of the encounters in this game require two things: The first being communication, and the second being the guarantee everyone knows what particular role they should be fulfilling during any boss fight.

    Both of these can be solved by being in a static. You really need a static in MMOs, without the prior organisation you're bound to find it difficult.
