    Game Places Names for trials listed in Auto Translation Dictionary

    The way trials and locations are listed under the auto-translate dictionary have lead to some overlap and can lead to possible confusion. For example...

    [Places] -> The Navel = オ・ゴモロ火口神殿
    [Duty] -> The Navel = タイタン討伐戦
    [Duty] -> The Navel (Hard) = 真タイタン討滅戦
    [Duty] -> The Navel (Extreme) = 極タイタン討滅戦

    Both the first trial and the place are identical when viewed in English. And nobody actually refers to any of the trials as "The Navel" or "The Bowl of Embers". They refer to them as "Titan Hard" or "Ifrit Extreme" or "Garuda Story." So shouldn't the auto-translator reflect this change too?

    [Places] -> The Navel = オ・ゴモロ火口神殿
    [Duty] -> Titan (Story) = タイタン討伐戦
    [Duty] -> Titan (Hard) = 真タイタン討滅戦
    [Duty] -> Titan (Extreme) = 極タイタン討滅戦

    Would this not be better? For everyone? Also, the less entries and locations that start with "The" the better. In our heads, "the" is not part of the actual location name (the noun). This is true in the real world. For example, I live in the U.S. or the United States. Notice how the T in the isn't capitalized, and how it's U.S. not T.U.S.

    Hi,

    I didn't know that The Navel appeared twice and that their translations are not the same in Japanese. About the "The", we had the same problem in French (here, if you can understand).
    The final answer was (at least in French):
    - the article appears in the auto-translate and in the duty finder;
    - the article does not appear on the screen when changing area;
    - the article must not be typed for the auto-translate if one wants to press tab to find the right entry.
    Let's take "Le Nombril (brutal)" (The Navel (hard)) as an example.
    In the duty finder and in the auto-translate we do see "Le Nombril (brutal)" while when zoning we only see "Nombril (brutal)". However, if we want to type the beginning of the name and press tab, we should'nt write Le, but directly Nombril. This helps a lot to find the right name!

    I hope it was clear enough and that it suits you.

    That actually doesn't work in the English client. We have to type in the article in order to do an autotranslator entry.
