Fight any Extreme Primal Anytime

So I could have sworn that I read somewhere that you would be able to skip over some primals and move on to others without having to beat the previous one. Is that possible now or is that something we will be able to do in the future?

I have been trying for months and I can't get on a team that can get past Titan Extreme. I have made it to the "super bombs" but can never get the push until the end. It's becoming extremely ridiculous that it is taking this long.

You'll be able to skip Garuda+Titan+Ifrit and fight Leviathan and Moogle in 2.3. However, Ramuh will require beating Levi+Moogle to unlcok.

Damn I'm still missing Moogle, I didnt know that I was going to be required for Ramuh, havent tried King Moogle though but its good to know so I can do it as fast as possible.

I guess for Rahmuh story mode you must have ended the 2.2 storyline and have defeated Leviathan (Story mode). For Ramuh Extreme you must have surely defeated Leviathan Ex. Maybe also Moogle, dunno if this fight is even connected. I hear people stating it but haven't seen a SE post about it.
