    suggestion for MRD/WAR skill/ability

I'd like to suggest a skill/ability to regain tp, similar to GLD/PLD riot blade is used to fill mp, MRD/WAR needs a skill/ability to regain tp since most if not all of the enmity generating skills MRD/WAR uses massive tp, it makes a tank look bad when the healer/dps dies due to adds or fighting things war isn't and unable to use overpower or flash (not enough tp/mp), I have a lvl 50 war and run into this on a regular basis, heck even invigorate would help in long drawn out fights with loads of adds.

I don't really know why they went with PUG for WAR's second cross class job, LNC having keen flurry and invigorate would have been a lot better for WAR not to mention BFB in fights where the WAR isn't main tanking. And of course it would have made more sense, I mean WARs in their heavy armour wielding a 2 handed axe, seems a bit of a contrast having access to the sprightly featherfoot...

Letting them cross class from lancer would have been way overpowered, learning to tank as a warrior means learning to manage your TP, it's really not that hard, but most folks forget that they are just holding hate, and not there to dps, and will overpower until they are out of TP, when most of the time two or three overpowers and maybe a flash is more than enough to hold pretty much any group of enemies.

The only time I bottom out TP on WAR is doing mass pulls for speed runs. Even then I only hit Overpower about 3 maybe 4 times then start weaving in flash and moving target to target with BB combo. Also given the fact MRD can use Invigorate, a second TP returning ability could make it extremely broken especially in PVP.

I've tanked up to turn 6 and honestly, I have never had TP problem. :/ My static Warrior never calls for Paeon neither, well he never runs turn 8 as warrior so who knows. It's probably the only fight I run out of TP as monk anyway. Main tank has Brainjack to somewhat regains their TP.
Also, you don't need to keep using overpower unless it's a speed run, even then you have Steel Cyclone while Overpower has a massive aggro multiplier that noone can take aggro from you after maybe 4 of those (careful with non-quelling strike Flaring BLM but that's their faults, not yours). If it's like 3 or 4 mobs, just rotate your Butcher's Block combo on the mobs according to how the DPS are focusing. It's not hard, just take a bit of practice and you should have started doing so around level 30 when you get Butcher's Block.

the only time I've ever had TP issues is in low level stuff. And you could cross-class invigorate for that (although back then I didn't know what invigorate was).

Past 30 it shouldn't be an issue for holding aggro. I can only think of a couple fights where I could possibly run out, and it's not like me being out of TP at that point will wipe the party.

I mean it'd certainly be nice to be able to sprint+invigorate for certain fights. But I don't need it.

I have noticed, especially in lengthy, extended fights (which can sometimes happen if there's lackluster DPS in the party), TP can eventually bottom out, and usually much faster than Paladin.

If anything, how about a Reverse-Riot Blade? Call it something like "Aetherfeast" or something, which costs MP and heals TP? A 40s cooldown could be put on it to prevent spamming (since only thing WARs use MP for is Flash).

The point of Overpower is that the threat generation is so absurdly high that you shouldn't be spamming it until you're empty. The only time WAR has notable TP issues are fights where they are DPSing an extended battle that involves little movement.
