Several LSes have made it to the final boss, but most are riding on 5-10mins left on the timer, if I hear anything I don't see posted here I'll be sure to chime in with results as well.

I hear a couple JPs have even cleared already, but I can't confirm anything.

by using the strat of buffing and running to the rings to despawn mobs we where able to get to the Ogre with 45 minutes remaining, I think right now that is the best strat to use.

I dunno about many, a few have for certain and I think a few JP LSes have cleared the dungeon. Someone got the Alpine War Garb somewhere for sure, which I think comes from the final boss but this is total speculation.
