I believe if the OP could create a FC that setup certain rules along how they should play, then the OP could basically have what they want. FC titles are in the FC privleges. Setup a website and create their rewards there. That will be as close to a Hardcore server as you'll get I think. A game within a game

I would use it as a distraction when I have maxed dailies and stuff (and if I ever get the rest of these damn atma). Would be sweet if you could get a token for doing certain things that all of your characters get. Like, get to level 50, get a token for a mount. Get AK, WP, Pharos, HMHM CBMHM down, get a token for a weapon glamor. Get Halatali HM, Bray HM, Lost City, and CT down, get a token for a statue of YOURSELF FOR YOUR HOUSE... WHAT!?!? AWESOME!!!
