Life vs Speed?

One thing i haven't seen mentioned here : Life Surge heals on WS attacks whereas Speed Surge doesn't. Which makes Life Surge great for soloing strong enemies.

yeah i do have some outdated(during my mid 30's) screen shot i too of the effect of Life Surge/LoS WS/Bloodbath.

that move alone healed like 75% of my HP, its a very good survival tactic.

The fact of the matter is, SS2 and LS are both great abilities that define the LNC role. Neither suck for any situation, but one might bring an edge to a particular battle compared to the other.
