I've been getting a few instances lately where the people are purposefully doing stupid stuff that's causing problems.

Perfect example: Ifrit Hard Mode for my trial roulette earlier. Pally off-tank wasn't using a shield. We hit the last phase and of course between plumes and eruptions everywhere we eat dirt. First time I tell him to put his shield on. He just laughs and has the MT pull again.

Second time, for lack of a better option to do so, I try vote dismiss under harassment. When that didn't pass I had no choice but to leave since it was a relatively new group (We're talking primal weapons and base job armor level of new for some of these guys).

Instead of being worried about how trolls might abuse us with the vote kick feature we just need the tools to fight the trolls because let's face it: people who abuse the vote to kick feature are already doing it. Please give us the means to fight back against these people.
