I would have prefered they flushed out the job system to have more customization and variety. In the end I just want to have 30 points to put on my smn and scholar separately. The classes should have had more neutral stats and allowed a greater variety of skills to cross class. So you could make a GLD with mediocre magic skills if you really wanted to. The jobs would have been more focused. Jobs should not just get +10 to all stats across the board, instead the same number of stat points would be invested more heavily in their primary stats, with much lower cross class stats.
