Just level Pugilist up to level 15 and you're done. On FFXIV: ARR you can unlock and level each and every class / job up. Pugilists' Guild is located at Ul'dah. Progress on main scenario and eventually you'll get a free airship pass for travelling from your starting city-state (Gridania in your case) to the other city-states. Once at Ul'dah, speak to the NPC at the Pugilists' Guild's desk to unlock that class. Once you have completed the quest you'll receive starter PGL weapon; just equip it and kaboom!
Hello I'm new in this game. I just want to ask something.

Will I received side quests from switching to other job class? If for example Pugilist, will I receive Pugilist quests?
Because someone told me to save my side quests for my other job/class.
