Because current resources are reserved for proper FCs with enough size to actually have people hanging around in the house and to have a use for the house. Not for any tom, dick or harry to start a 1-4man FC and buy a house immediately. For that you will have personal housing later, not now.

I have no issue with the OP as I'm sure they'll expand their FC going forward. I do take issue with the solo FC people though. The ability to powerlevel an FC is an oversight on the devs' part. Getting more points if you're the only one online makes no sense. I wonder how many people need to be online before multiple people turning in is better.

If you specifically craft stuff for GC turn-ins, it's easily doable within a day. It took me about 7-8h to 1-6 via GC turn-ins.
It's going to take a little bit longer (and cost a wee bit more) now that they've adjusted the HQ point rate with 2.28, but it should still be doable in about 12-14h.
If you're at the point you can make 3m in 2 days, you've nothing to worry about.

What do you mean GC turn-ins? The Supply and Provisioning turn-ins? I thought you only get 1 of those for each craft and gathering class per day?

I just turned in SO MUCH gear and got 1 FC rank. I was amazed. I havent tried the other two tabs for materials..but I can see the gear being super useful.

The third tab, "Expert Delivery", becomes accessable once you reach a certain rank within the Grand Company. There you can give pink, green, and blue items to the GC in exchange for Seals (and FC points).

It'll take about 3 weeks to rank 1-6 if you just do dailies & fates & gc dailies.

Since when is it like this?
Back when we created out two person FC we tried everything to get to rank 6 and it took us almost 3 months.
I know that gear turn-ins know give you FC points (that's why we're rank 8 by now, else we'd still be rank 6 I guess xD) but is it enough to rank up your FC so fast?


And why shouldn't it be ok for an FC of only a few friends to have a house? That's not the same as personal housing for only yourself.
There are still plenty of free plots so it's not like my small FC is kinda "stealing" the plot intended for bigger FCs.

turn in items you get from dungeons they are worth a lot of fc credits you can lvl your fc fast by just brayflox sr's while doing atma/animus and animus/novus.(doesn't have to be sr's just doing dungeons casually will easily lvl your fc)

really its 2 birds with 1 stone fc credits and philo items for money

i'm a 2 man fc with a fc house gonna get a chocobo stable and a personal room too. after that going to get myself my own house

they give 0 you do dungeons for the loot when you turn them in at the gc people you get GC seals and lots of FC credits (you want the gear)

FC housing was not intended as a stand in for personal housing. Yes, you can work around it so it can be your personal housing... but that isn't the intent.
