Party bonus is 2.83%. And its not rounded down.

I at least doubled checked myself after reading this, and realized I meant to write 3% not 4% for the party bonus.
As for it being 2.83%, I can say "Not possible, but I'll go ahead and do some more tests with this in mind"
Ran tests on my scholar using 399 and 400 PIE as base, then joined a party.

Expected result----------------------------------------- Actual Result:
399 * 1.0283 = 410.2917 -------------------------------410
400 * 1.0283 = 411.32 ---------------------------------412

My conclusion: It's 3%. But maybe the party bonus multiplier is different based on your job/class. I'll do some more testing.
