Blacklist size expansion

I asked a GM about an easier way to report people and complained about my bl being full, the GM said you can delete them from your blacklist after a few mins, as they might have been banned already, so now I do a full BL purge whenever I'm getting close to 200. I also tried myself and it was true, they do ban bots a few mins after they start spamming, they have people monitoring 24/7.

Yup. I always remove twenty names a week. More if some of those names are (deleted) (which means the RMT deleted their character, not banned).
