Will I ever be able to play in fullscreen?

Ever since beta, many Windows players(specifically, but not limited to, Vista users) have been forced to play in windowed mode.

Why? Because our cursor will not display while in fullscreen. Some will see it flashing rapidly while moving it around, then have it disappear completely when motionless. Some, like myself, will see a rapidly flashing black box instead of a cursor while moving it.

Playing in windowed mode means we aren't getting the best performance from our game, which is disappointing; this is a beautiful game, and I would love to play it at the maximum settings my computer can handle, but not being in fullscreen means I have to lower settings or deal with lower framerates.

Why haven't we seen a hardware cursor option yet?

Not sure if it'll work for Vista, but in Windows 7 if you have your DPI settings set to anything larger than default, it can make the mouse cursor invisible in certain games while in fullscreen mode including this one.

yes for all blizzard games if my settings are anything higher than 149 + DPI this happens.

Full screen was fine for me on win7 and win8

The only issue I have right now is if I play full screen i can't really make use of multiple monitor. As long as my cursor moves to the other monitor for web surfing the games goes automatically "alt tab" out of full screen which is pretty irritating.
