    Training Mode

    Hi there!
I'm here with a modest proposal for the game, that in my opinion could basically change all duties, raising the overall win rate without preventing anyone from doing what they like.
But first, let's talk about the issue:
We all know about Duty/Party Finder and the high risk of wiping (especially in Duty Finder). All over Party Finder you can find "Train parties" which get in the duty just to wipe and learn, but still a lot of people joins duties without any experience of the fight (and in the BCoB turn 2 the 0 click mode just made it impossible to get a party who knows what Allagan Rot is).
So now, the solution (obviously it's just something I thought, it's not detailed or ready to be used like it is):
    Training duties.
If the game provided a (training mode) for trials and raids an unexperienced player could get to know what to expect from the enemy, and be ready.
The training duties wouldn't give the normal mode rewards, obviously, but they need to be appealing to the player, who wants a reward for what he does.
So, I suggest a starting reward of 20.000 gil + 10% of the gil you have when you start the instance, which gets halved each wipe. You can repeat the training as many times as you want, but you can get the full reward just once forever.
20k + 10% gil is not as much as it can seem: if you have 100k+ gil, 20k more is not such a big deal, but if you have 10k or less it helps you getting back on track. Being 20k not very appealing for "rich" players, 10% more is enough I think.
People would train until they achieve the full 20k+10% reward, and getting that full reward means to be able to complete the duty without wiping. Once they mastered the strategy for that specific duty, there's no need to give them further rewards, so nothing more will be received by the same training after the first no-wipe raid. Basically, each training will give full reward once, no daily/weekly caps, just once.
I know this could affect the economy, but I prefer a better environment and community.
By creating Training Mode, I'm quite sure the wipe rate would be drastically lowered: trolls and flamers are out there and we all know this wouldn't stop them, but I saw lots of players joining duties having no clue about strategies, and this would definitely help them.
Thank you for your attention, I'm really looking forward to this.
P.S.: Please let me know if you find this is a good idea/a bad idea/a complete failure, but no pointless flame/insulting, just debate. I personally would love to see this implemented in a future patch.

1.- there is already training duties, they are named Guildhest, they are meant for new peeps to learn in game battle mechanics.

2.- make training duties for specificinstances are pointless becuz their porpouse, Instances were meant to surprise you and amaze you, they werent meant for people to watch a video about how to do it and then re-do, despite this is what everyone does nowdays, but there is always some peeps who did it for first time without watch a video when they were new and experience this sensation of awesomeness.

3.- Im not sure but i think SE meant it for peeps to dont clear new dungeons so easily, i be seen Yoshi-P do some statements as like "we expect gamers to defeat this dutty in 1 week" like with garuda or titan, so means they actually expect for som dutties last a certain period of time before anyone get victor over it.

    Heya Yan Dere ^^

Guildhest in challenge log plus daily gil bonuses for them is worth to do, new or not ^^

Also if I am in duty finder, there is no risk of wiping while i'm there (I main TANK), as I stick until the end. So all we could see leaving is a DPS (since we mostly DF with my FC mate Healer, and it should be easily replaced

The duties are exactly that: for people with no experience of the fights, that needs to clear them for their story/quests. So if you cleared it once, if you go back, it's to help others that goes for the first time. SE had to give 'incentives' to force players to help others. Let's not be greedy.

DF bahamut o.O ; you know there is a 'small' chance to clear it. Everyone that wants a sure kill will make a PF.

The training required comes from trying, wiping, learning, progressing, and kill. It's called playing the game.

The game is sooo easy.. I am happy the endgame content is at least a bit hard for some; let's not make it easier for those that likes a little challenge.

And playing only if there is some sort of rewards, reminds me of studying, giving candies to those who sit and learn. (really?)

I know some players are young, but..

So, in regards to your proposition, I am against it 100%

Other viable solutions hmm.. since you want the bonus gil from DF and getting a sure kill, those two don't go hand-in-hand.

PF, LS, FC mates Static.. are there for kills. (but we all know, we learn to play with 7 others, learn to better each and everyone, and having fun in the process)

Well, I didn't say I wanted sure kills from DF Bahamut, but at least something more than 10% success rate in a farm party in PF. I understand your point, but first: guildhests give you the very basics of your role, not the lv50 mechanics, and second: playing with FC is easier than not having a FC mate to play with.
About the 'playing for the rewards', I'd enter a training duty even with no reward, but most people just play for the wins, players who play to have fun and actually enjoy the game, are very rare, at least from what I see on my server.
The Primals Extreme and the Coil of Bahamut can't be meant to be faced with no actual experience, a player who goes in DF can't take the responsibility of making a whole team wipe, so unless you queue in a full FC party, you shouldn't queue without having seen a video.
100% of the PF farm parties I organized for T1-T2-T4 and even Garuda Extreme, in the end, wiped. No kills, no loot, just wiped, because someone didn't know what to do or couldn't even deal enough damage.
I understand your point of view, but I'm still convinced Training Mode for coil and trials should be implemented.

P.S.: levelling up my lv13 Marauder I'm farming guildhest to learn the role, but I think I am just bad at tanking XD they're actually pretty fun ^^
