So sad, yet so true. DRG was my most recent 50, so I've been soaking up any and all info I can find on the job. Sadly as you mentioned, almost every thread I came across devolved into this loldrg garbage.

You brought up this is mostly occurring in Brayflox Hard. In most cases people are probably speed running this, so really you should be using your AOE attack if there's more than a couple pulls worth of mobs together. The tank is moving around to avoid damage from 10 angry things trying to smack them. Under normal circumstances, if a tank only has a couple mobs on them they're going to remain relatively stationary and you should be able to get off your combos easier. You just have to keep in mind that fights are dynamic and tanks might have to move to avoid damage, so you'll have to react to this.

Okay, maybe I'm a total idiot but is there anywhere in the game that says Impulse Drive has to hit from behind for the combo to work? That's not how it works for any other combo (even MNK positionals) and it took me reading the forums to figure out that was how this particular combo works (luckily I found out BEFORE I got Disembowel). I've read the tooltip over and over and nothing about it seems to say the positional is mandatory, even thought it very obviously is in practice.
