If morale was just a little bit less weighted i dont think it would be a big deal. the large
problem is that ilvl goes so much higher than player lvl and we only have one type of
pvp to gear up with atm.
I Remember a buddy of mine ( yes the MRD rank 40 with a cat name in primal DC to fellow primal dcers) telling me he hit 2.6k crit on a healer before, but I can't recall what skill... MRD dmg so stronk =(
Of course you are going to hit that hard look how many buffs you have up lol.....
Lol, people don't understand that the implementation of the Frontline (is supposed) to get players back into a dead program (PvP-Wolves Den) it's to provides individuals incentive to play on a larger scale with their friends. When you see "I see why they're getting rid of Morale." It's an unintelligent response. No morale in Frontline- Not "Wolves Den."- in the near future count on other PvP programs being implemented with "Morale." Frontline as I said before is to provide new players an even ground to play with other PvP'ers. It's not an end-game competitive pvp match.

wrong , FL is just large scale pvp. those who didnt care for regular pvp , wont care for large pvp. indeed, SE are putting in "incentives" to cater to a broader audience :i.e sol tomes in FL. but these incentives will works as much as the tank adventure in need bouns or the tank mount
read here : barely any effect whatsoever. all the problem people had with WD, will be present in FL.
1.what proof you have for this claim? if FL is the pvp equalivant to CT, then no morale will remain as it is as long as it continiues. just like how CT has been pre super nerfed to be facerollable in pugs.2. "I see why they're getting rid of Morale." is a legitmate response to why we arent getting morale in FL as the morale stat severely beats pve gear by miles.
nonsense, even without the morale stat, higher ranking players still have all our rank points to heavily increase our traits and lower our cooldowns. with those things alone, we will heavily out match all new players in FL. also FL will become the new pvp norm , while WD will die out, this is just plain common sense. WD offer NO incentive to choose a 20 minute -wait-then- 2-minute "kill the heals" match over objective possibly 24v24v24 pvp. WD is BARELY alive and on life support as it is now.why do you think WD is competitive pvp when it is also highly restricted to it lame ass "1 heal, 1 tank, 1 melee 1 range" meta game?

my proof is the current the playerbase for pvp. back in 2.1 , alot of players played WD, then quit 2 weeks later when they realized they didnt like pvp. also dont take my post out of context, the problems in WD (melee having a harder time to kill caster due to sprint, sleep and bind CC to long, the responsiveness of hitting ability that doesnt go off right and etc) will be present in FL. THOSE were really the huge problem why almost everyone quit. not to mention the lag dealy we are gonna see with 24v24v24 players on screen.my opinions are based off from past experience dealing with pvp since 2.1, his is based off on unknown conjectures from no where.
You disagree with my statement, but then turn around and agree with everything I just said. No morale in FL "it's a duplicate of CT." In addition, no morale taking place in FL is only catering to a broader audience, to get individuals into PVP, with various incentives such a tomestones and mounts.
SE has made it easily accessible for "everyone" to PvP by syncing the gear to an "ilvl" and negating "morale" all together. You just disagreed with everything I said and then claim said what I said.. Bliss.
Moreover, FL is strictly for individuals to get a taste of PvP on a larger scale without gear jeopardizing their experience. Do I agree with this? In a business sense absolutely; for HC PvP'ers to those that still participating in PvP no..
You may disagree that the implementation of the WD in reference to FL is void. SE strictly caters to various audiences. FL will put players on the map and get people participating in FL. Furthermore, by doing this I can guarantee you when future patches come out you will see other PvP programs implemented in the future to cater to all types of PvP'ers. i.e (Leaderboards) Possibly a true 8v8 or whatever they have in store for PvP.
In the end, when July 8th, comes and a few weeks into the patch, make a statistic spreadsheet and we can take some numbers of individuals down and see if it doesn't spark some interest in people. In addition, it doesn't matter if they play or not; the notion of them implementing this program was for that reason only. "fail or succeed, that was the principle of my statement."

I'm not sure this is entirely true. I'm doing WD because it's all we've got. I've never been a fan of the arena style. However, I am a huge fan of objective based PvP. I would imagine I'm not the only one.
