3000 shards disaperes out of retainer

i bought 3000 shards from a retainer bieyajia for 3000000 gil on the 6/17 and by 6/18 all the shards disipered from my retainer they disipered 300 shards at a time i made 3 transactions 1000 shards at a time and the were 100k each and they were all from a retainer named bieyajia i just want my shards or gil back plz help me

Sounds like the person you purchased Shards from was a RMT, I wouldnt put it past SE to delete the Shards that the RMT has collected.

Put in a Ticket to a GM. That would be your best course of Action. Forums tend to be slower to garner responces.
