Actually, Foresight doesn't reduce incoming damage by anything close to 20%, so it doesn't really offset anything. Not to mention since he's not on Lancer it will only give him a 10% damage bonus, not 30%.

I never said it did. You're making an assumption. I said he was trying to deal more DPS without suffering too much extra damage.. I'm not sure how you read that it was mitigating it all.
