I think here concerning this issue we have someone who is thinking, but it just wasn't applied appropriately.

I have no problems with people being creative, personally. Sometimes an idea is so crazy that it's pure genius. Where I have an issue with it is similar to what the OP experienced, where an idea really wasn't serving any purpose and the tank wouldn't even consider the possibility that they were wrong in any way, even with 2 other people trying to explain it to them. I won't agree with everything the archer said though because they certainly could have been more tactful, but the tank had a thick head on their shoulders and sometimes...there's just no getting through to some people.
