Hmm...I know that lol. I am not so good with PC components,that's why I wanted to know if mine could handle the game even at low settings...
So again,anyone know if I could?.

Your cpu speed is too low, your graphics card is too low and your RAM is at its limit. For it to run but, would probably be laggy as heck you would have to boot the computer directly to game, but it may need the OS to be up and running, so it probably wouldn't work too well if at all. If it did work it would put some serious strain on your cpu and gpu, getting them pretty hot.

Also, remember there is a benchmark to do a check on your computer and how it runs ffxiv arr. Im on my phone at the moment, so itd kinda rough for me to check the link to download the benchmark, but try searching for it via final fantasy xiv benchmark. But with the specs you describe the pc seems to be on the low end sadly. Like Eye said, it may run but it most probably do a lot of strain on the pc in general.
