in a single phase rotation, darnus will perform claw twice, one right after bahamut's favor, the other after thermiotic beam. they are roughly 45-50 secs apart. if you see darnus cast favor that means he is going into a new phase rotation, favor buffs his attacks and is a soft enrage mechanic. and yes you'll be dealing with 6 claws in total if you are going with 3 favors.

if you have an off tank he/she's suppose to share damage with MT during claw, this is done by provoking off mid claw. But if you are geared enough and your healers have quick fingers then you can survive through the claw by yourself.

claw comes every 45-50secs, so you can map out your cooldowns accordingly. make sure your casters use virus before a claw.

different group has different positions for heavens fall phase but in general, when darnus is casting heaven's fall you have to stand in middle of the radius of the circle so you wont 1.) get one shot by the falling key, 2.) don't get knocked into the wall

final phase is very dynamic in terms of movement and position but you'll want to tank in the middle in general.
