Like someone else said the weapon glow seems to follow the color of your job soul, except for paladin and white mage (I guess they couldn't make them whiter than animus)

There's no must, it's a choice of your own. The sum of both Sword and Shield's secondary stats must add up to 75. So you can do Acc, Crit, Det, Pie, Skll/Spell SPD, and parry.

See this is where I'm confused. You state the sum of the stats must add up to 75. However, someone on the previous page said you must do 75 separate melds of varying materia.

So far I'm only on my 9th Alexandrite, and I can't give you a 100% confirmation. But this is what I was told.

Let's say you want 44 Crit (Which is the cap of the stat), You need to do 11 Savage Aim of each tier (I, II, III, IV) You can't use the higher tier until you finished with the lower tier (I.E. You can't do Savage Aim II unless you already infused 11 Savage Aim I)

And for my case I'm doing 44 Crit, 31 Acc. So I would need 11x Savage Aim I, II, III, IV. And 11x Heaven's Eye I, II, 9 Heaven's Eye III.

My friend is also working on Novus with me only took him 7 Savage Might I, before moving on to Savage Might II. Reason for that is, Det has a lower cap (31 I believe). You don't have to cap the stats if you don't want to of course, and do more than two stats instead.

This is something I found on the other thread, which I believe is fairly accurate. (I am uncertain if this varies base on class)

Good to know about the stacking. Just in case I need to save up before getting the needed materia. And you are right, the summoner zenith has a greenish glow.

ANN zenith has a very faint whitish/greenish hue to it. I wouldn't call it green, but it has green in it Lol
