Yeah. It's getting to silly levels.
I've been one of those lucky few with literally no issues since last year. That all change two days ago.
Every 5-10 minutes, 90K. If lucky, every 30 minutes.

Other than calling Level3 and yelling at them, and calling whatever ISP owns the faulty hub, Square can't do anything. This is a structure issue and it's starting to affect other MMOs as well; elsewhere on this board someone posted several Guild Wars 2 forum links from people with the exact same problem.

this has been going on for me for the past 3 days. maybe longer but it is much worse today. it happened a ton earlier. at one point it literally would disconnect me the second I logged back in. I finally just had to stop. you usually can feel yourself get disconnected before it happens too I've noticed. hopefully they get it fixed soon.

Like I said literally right above this post, this isn't related to SE's servers; in fact, several other games are affected in the same way, most notably Guild Wars 2. This is a problem with the systems that carry data from your machine to SE's data center in Montreal, and those systems are neither owned nor operated by Square Enix.
