Collector's edition items in my standard edition character?

I might be understanding this wrong, but if what you're asking is if you can move a character from one account to another, no, you can't do that.

No, not what I was asking. I was wondering if I could have my collector's edition items with the character I already had created before I bought the Collector's Edition
