Something that MIGHT keep Lv. 50+ dungeons from being too easy...

I heavily emphasize the word "might" because I'm not sure it's been done in MMOs before.

Some of us have offered that SE should cap our item levels in certain dungeons past 50. While it sounds reasonable, I highly doubt it would be workable in a practical situation. On top of this, it really doesn't allow us to put our gear to full use.

My suggestion would be to allow enemies to adjust their levels to match our average item levels--something similar to FFVIII's system that prevented us from outleveling everything. If SE did this right, and that's something we can't always take as a given, it certainly could give people the challenge they desire and force more deliberate gameplay throughout a dungeon.

Nice idea, but it may create a situation where 3 of the party members are i100 and one is i60ish. They'd probably be missing left and right, or taking way too much damage if they're a tank. I think they should just add some i80 or so dungeons in the major patches to give people a challenge. It's ridiculous that the "Hard mode'" dungeons have such a low ilvl.

The point of RPG is to allow you to overgear/overlevel yourself to take down the annoying *bleep* that's been blocking the entrance to Cave of The Wonderful Loot, and the *meep* that's been blocking the Stone of The Ultimate Summon (hint: even Dark Souls adhere to this)

If they were to keep everything tied to your level, you become Oblivion, where your level never actually matters, encouraging people to actually underlevel to keep the game fun. Your suggestion would make people dig their AF from the Armory Chest, it ain't gunna be fun.

The dungeons are easy because you overgear yourself. try them with AF1 some time

You can do this yourself. Get a group together and put on your old gear to meet the minimum ilvl requirement and have fun with the low ilvl on the high level dungeon.

I prefer using my high ilvl gear and burning through the dungeons as fast as possible.

This is no different then the first suggestion. Syncing players stats down or syncing monsters up. It is the same effect. They need to make some 4 man dungeons truly expert

With the upcoming brutal modes in trials and raids, you could pitch to them for adding brutal 4-man dungeons.

Rewards are exactly the same as brutal everything else, titles or maybe minions.

IMO, according to ppl feedbanck regarding ECHO,
I think only COIL needs ilevel caps to ensure eveyone has the skill, but not ECHO or GEARS to clear it. ^^
