Took awhile to get a group together, but we ended up forming a ragtag group of 4 With Varying levels from 27-39 (We really just wanted to see the Dungeon).
Essentially You Clear Mobs, Looking for Little floating orbs that resemble fireflies called Protocells. You need 4 to open the first gate. We had Little difficulty clearing mobs, and only had one death to a large pack of chigoes, since we were all higher than rank 25, some significantly.
After opening the door, we found some moogles to progress the Grand Companies quest, and then the next area was largely the same, except that we needed only 3 protocells to move on (Also Puddings appeared, and we found on chest that had brigand gloves, or something). And then there was the boss room! It was a Large Diremite and 3 Small Mitelings. Unfortunately I cant remember the name of it but it started with an S. After we buffed I Disconnected, and When I reconnected I saw all of my party members dead, with 2 mitelings down.
Unfortunately at this point, after about 2 seconds I was booted from the instance due to "connectivity issues" and then had so sit outside the dungeon entrance and cheer on my party with /tells. (I was unable to reenter.)
Im not quite sure where they respawned, but they were able to work their way back to the boss and Defeat him (I didnt think to ask if Adds respawned) He dropped a robe and an Axe. (I know, Vague, but thats all they told me!)
All in all it was a fun experience that I will be enjoying more of in the future!
Some Helpful Tips:
-Protocells and Treasure Chests are both targetable as "???"
-Protocells Sometimes have a Weird Transluscent Box effect near them, this makes them a little easier to see.
-If All the Mobs seem to be cleared, have your party split up and look for protocells to save time
-Protocells didnt seem to be in all the little "jail cell" rooms, unless it is a bunch of jail cells in a dead end
-Having a Raise or two in your party should be very helpful
-Have a dedicated goal on your map and work your way towards it. Pay attention to where you are going. It is easy to get lost and overwhelmed If you are just wandering.
Some things I dont quite understand/Speculation:
I guess I didnt mention this before, but you turn the protocells in to large glowing blue circles and the ground. The interesting Thing about it is that there are a few of these circles per "region" of the dungeon. My guess, is that the dungeon has various routes possible through backtracking/ just using protocells on different doors. I believe there are even several unique bosses! If someone could upload the dungeon map and we could start marking doors/bosses I think that we would understand thousand maw alot faster! I am almost certain that this is how the dungeon works. I dont know yet if protocells are always in the same spots or not. But that would be helpful information as well.

-The Music Is cool!
-On our attributes page afterwords, it said that the dungeon was available again immediately! So keep Exploring, and share your findings!
-Got about 6k Exp as 39 Mrd. Not bad
-1 Hour Time Limit! Keep those Lalafells hustlin!
