Levequest Bugged: Among the Leaves so Green

I just attempted to complete the Nophica's Wells levequest Amongst Leaves Most Green. After a certain point in the quest, and killing all indicated quest monsters/checking all glowing beams for pages, no more glowing beams appeared. There were no mini map makers anywhere on my map - neither red dots indicating monsters to kill nor yellow circles on the map indicating areas to check. I ran around an extra 10 minutes just in case the beams/monsters were actually really there and the map was just bugged - however there was nothing.

I even walked back to the crystal to see if changing the levequest difficulty might somehow reset the map and provide me with the markers - but nothing changed(except the expected message for lowering the difficulty).

I was therefore unable to complete the quest, wasting my time and losing all of the otherwise easily won rewards and all SP bonuses I should have earned, not to mention wasting Guardian's Aspect.

I was frustrated and decided to log out to file this report - the quest was still active. I received an error and the game crashed on log out. I had to force close FFXIV.

Editing to add my connection is Verizon Fios, using Windows 7, this happened a few minutes before posting my bug report.
