I have been done a severe injustice by Square Enix. My satisfaction is trumped by the money that SE so desperately wants. I recently bought a Phial of Fantasia to change back to Elezen. I figured that the ears of an Elezen in a hood would be delegated not by a preset number, but by the length I chose. It's not like I can see how my character will look in a certain outfit.
I sent in a request to have my Phial restored using the one time item restoration feature, knowing others who had done the same and been given what they desired, but was rejected. Why? Because I "used the item correctly". See the picture.
Have I been turned down because the Phial is now a precious income for SE? Did it not before have a price tag on it? If only in loose manner? I know that others have gotten their Phials back after using them "correctly". Either everyone who asks for it gets their Phial back when they do the ONE TIME restoration, or no one does.
