    I don't really have time to sift through all these mage threads, so I'm just going to ask here and hope I get a reply. Through a majority of the posts I see, its either talking about how "my THM can nuke just fine" or how "Conjurer is the dedicated healer with all its new heal spells".

    What I want to know is, with a majority of elemental spells under its belt, can a Conjurer be offensive post 1.18? I played for a short while today for the first time in a long time, and while I am only level 19 I considered my damage to be acceptable against similar level enemies. However, if I were a higher level character, lets say Lv 45-50 in the new dungeon, is an offensive Conjurer feasible given someone else is in charge of being the main healer?

    People are taking this thought and running with it but the reality is casting a spell in passive mode will probably switch you do active mode the second the spell gets off.

    Yeah, I have a ton of tactical abilities on my action bar.. it's going to be ludicrous if we need to equip an aoe spell for each spell in our list. It's like the dev team really hasn't thought it through. They must all play Gladiator. Correct me if I'm wrong dev team!

    How bout not insulting mages you don't know? Anybody still playing the game at this point is not likely to be someone who likes to do what you said.

    Actually ealier I was in a dungeon raid and their solution to MP was to bring 5 mages. So I basically tagged along and didn't pull my wand out once.     And that sounds ridiculous.. when I run it I'll probably have that many mages too. Cause F 'em, that's why.

    I can't bring myself to log in, but I think offense is possible if you raise your Piety and cast your elemental dots like I do. You can do around 350 hp / tick with that. Nukes generally are pretty broken. They are good if you pop your offensive spell buffs and magic burst on a battle regimen.. then you can do around 2k damage. Other than that they do only about 200 damage or so. Your main problem is going to be finding that main healer with the low player populations.
