Mouse Button Input Unresponsive

Not sure if this is technical fault or a glitch.

When I loaded up the game this morning, it refused to respond to my M4 or M5 inputs. The cursor moves and the Mouse1-2-3 buttons all respond.

Opening my mouse management software and then closing it again seemed to fix the problem for about sixty seconds, but now it's still not responding to Mouse4/Mouse5 inputs.

I have not changed any settings in-game since my last session, nor have I altered any of the settings for my management software.

Please help.
