As it's a personal room, i'm guessing that it's going to be per member, but it's a good question. I'll save up my 300k just in case. Best situation, it's 300k for whole FC and i'll be a god to my FC when i buy us all rooms. Worst case, i've got enough for my room

300k per person and you can't quit the FC until you discard your room (no refunds). That's what I got from live fan translation.

You must belong to a Free Company that has a house and you must be at least certain rank in your Grand Company. The cost is still being finalized, but the current plan is for it to be 300,000 gil.

I'm going off the highlighted as an indication it's a cost to each individual. Additionally so as it requires a Grand Company rank.
