    I'm complaining that the so called balance was too much.

    Let's break it down. Though I doubt most of you will follow along or care.

    Mages need to have more reason to manage MP from near limitless potential of pre-1.18.
    So what do we do?

    We could 1. Increase the cost of Cure x4 so they can't cast it as often. 2. We could increase the enmity it generates so they stop spamming it. 3. We could take away AOE Toggle so only 1 Mage can Heal well and now it needs 5-6 more actions on the ability bar meaning less Nuke/DOT/whatever else we don't want it doing. 4. We could nerf Siphon MP so mages only ever get back 80-120 (less than a Cure 3) rather than a free refill if they position themselves cleverly.

    Ah fuck it! All of the above!
    Like Holy Baby Jesus, really? All that? I think any of those might have been fine individually, but all 4?

    All they did was make it FFXI all over again. I seen 3 Dungeon groups give up already because they couldn't find a CON or a GLA. Just sitting there 7/8 with no "specialized" job that they feel they need. Cool, huh? Just what we all wanted.

    Anyone else tired of all the moaning? I sure am. 1.18 is really good. I actually have to manage my MP, plus I don't have to wait for minutes to regain it, unlike XI. Also, I can chat while fighting. w00t!

    if they wanted melees to cure less why didn't they just raise the amount of mp for cure spells for non-conjurers? it's just a tad steep right now

    A thm who was worth their weight pre 1.18 was so OP'd it was INSANE! anyone who thinks these adjustments were not necessary should go find a different game to play. No class should be able to heal/tank/dd AT THE SAME TIME!@#%

    If you want to be a DD/debuffer now? great do it, but you can't be a main healer AND lay out the most dmg of any class. Pre patch it was very easy to keep up: bio/poison/dia=> 90/tic + 6 CON dots=> 90/tic + chainspell/shadowsear=>2k/4min. {(80 ticks in 4 minutes)}

    ========>(90 x 80) + (90 x 80) + (2,000) = 16,400 dmg in a 4min. period {WHILE TANKING AND MAIN HEALING!!!}

    Thaumaturge's deserved the nerfing to some of their skills, but they did not deserve their role as second healing option completely ripped from them. Not every Con wanted to be a healer, but oh! Now we have no choice. :/

    As much as we got pooped on (I play THM) this patch is amazing. The level 50 dungeon was amazing. For once, something was hard and it was fantastic. This game is going in the right direction and I can't wait for future patches.

    Geez people need to chill and show some patience.

    There are already enough complaints threads. Yoshi will take a notice of that and will probably be soon revealing some new fixes/tweaks for the upcoming weeks. So the huge MP cost will be adjusted step by step.

    There's still stuff that needs some fixes badly. But that will only be fixed by time.

    The 1.18 Patch was only introducing some changes and new stuff. There will be new and changed stuff in the future patches. The game probably won't be properly balanced until 1.25 or something.

    The only thing we can do is either wait, play, quit and show some patience and give feedback. But whyyyyyy does it always have to turn into those rage posts X-x totally escapes my mind.

    Just wait and the fixes will come. Just don't moan too load/often, because I don't want a blizzard-like behaviour, that everything's getting nerfed/changed only because some people don't like it.
