Unfortunately that is not true. Yoshi has been talking about implementing the fantasia in the mog station for some time. They just didn't give out any information, so the riot thread started.

So...there is no difference. You are not specially justified by your actions.

I'm not sure how to link threads, but check the first post date on this thread (4/23/14), then go check the dev tracker and look up the live letter XIII Q&A at the 0:49 minute mark (4/09/14). An official statement that fantasia was coming out before the riot post.

So ........... any dispute now whether they help or not? Sure Yoshi-P may have said "there's lots of support and requests for fantasia", but I can almost assure you it was simply lip service to show how much they listen (or it may have been asked for more on the Japanese forums). I'm positive it WASN'T due to the riot thread, though.
