    Titles can now be displayed under character names

    The patch notes wrote "Titles can now be displayed under character names."

    But I found titles may not displayed under character names
    but displayed on top of character names randomly for other PC.

    Is that only me have this problem?

    Depends on title really, if its Stormlady/lord it will be on top as a title like Stormlady Forsa sounds better land Forsa Stormlady. While "the brave" would show up under because would be Forsa the Brave. As an example.

    It just all depends on what title you've got. Some display above, others display below. I spent a good half hour trying to find the option that would toggle that but apparently there isn't one.

    It depends whether the title is a prefix or a suffix.

    It would be weird for a prefix title to be displayed below and a suffix title displayed above.

    I remove the Title because they serve no purpose.

    Plus it looks like clutter.

    Did you mean remove both your title and displaying others' title?
    I guess display title option will not affect others seeing you have a title on your head (if you have set a title)?
