The brutal battles seem to be constantly misunderstood. They are not the old battles tuned into a harder difficulty but one of the very original incarnations of the fight, you know, the ones the devs deemed too unbalanced and unfair to be possible to beat (so they were adjusted again and again until the devs were thinking this is good). They are testing the playerbase if there are actually people able to clear them legitimately.

I wish they would implement a battle where you have to fight Garuda, Titan, Ifrit all at once and then Shiva, Leviathan and Ramuh, or hell make it all 6! I sort of love the primals <3

I think that just having Ultima Extreme with all six Primals would be fine.

In the main scenario, Garuda summons both Ifrit and Titan by her side at her command, they might not work "willingly" with each other, but that doesn't mean Garuda can't say "You're mine!"
