There's no mention of new gear. They're just ilvl syncing and removing morale so pvp gear has no place in pvp. How dare I make such an absurd assumption!

It's also not so much pvp gear isn't top tier even, its worse than pve counterpart. Surely you can see how that's a slap in the face to the massive grind-gate that pvp gear was behind.
