The only thing, synchr will be fine is all players inside frontline have the same stats.

A healer(ilvl 100) and a healer (ilvl 70), both with 5000 hp.

Same hp, same det, same crit, all stats are the same. That is balance. Only pvp abilities and personal skill marks the difference.

As i said, me wearing pvp gear are losing stats, no bother if i am synchronized or not because pvp gear has a 4th stat which is useless in frontline scenary.

OK stats are not the same, but is balanced. Let's remove Morale from Pvp gear and what do you get? Nothing, you have a gear useless.

Let's synchr. We reduce 5/10 points each stat, nothing change because all player suffer it. But you, wearing that pvp gear which take long time to earn doesn't work because you are losing the 4th stat.
